Hey ladies! I am praying for you all who are either in their tww or anxiously waiting for a new cycle to come around in hopes of your bfp. It's so hard and thank goodness for social media and Glow to help us bind together and help one another.

After 9 months of actively trying, I finally got my bfp with baby #2. A lot of ppl have asked what I did differently this cycle so I just want to share my experience.

Flashback a month ago, and aunt flow shows up. Completely pissed off and aggrevated, I booked the fasted appointment with my ob/gyn to see what was taking so long and what my options were. I told her we were having sex almost every day. She said that could most definitely be our problem. That we my cm was drying up quickly in the cycle and the sperm less populous.

So, I pulled the reigns on the sex. This cycle we had sex every 3-4 days until I got a positive opk. Then we BD that night and the next 4 nights just in case my egg was a little laggy. (TMI) when it came down to BD during my positive opk window, I was very moist and he was roaring to go. It was a perfect thing and I really feel like that's what got me my bfp.

I would call this method a modified SMEP but spreading out sex more before ovulation then go at it daily until you see a negative opk.

I didn't use pressed. I stopped taking geritiol. I had several glasses of wine that week.

So basically I did everything wrong, but it helped me enjoy the process more.
