How did you feel before labor?

Question

I'm currently 37 weeks 3 days with my daughter. I never made it this far with either of my boys due to emergency induction as a result of preeclampsia!

I'm currently 4cm dilated and 60% effaced. I can barely walk, anymore. These last few days I've had loose stools, nausea, and vomitting. Oddly enough, my sinuses are messed up too!! Haha. Someone told me feeling generally unwell is common right before labor.

Have any of you ladies experienced this prior to labor?

That is so weird to me! I didn't feel any different when my contractions began with my daughter. I was putting on my makeup up and doing my hair getting ready for a prenatal appointment when out of no where I had my first big contraction. Leading up I only had tightening in my belly, no pain. Otherwise I felt completely normal and would never have though I'd be going into labor instead of going in for a checkup!! But everyone is so different!
