Castor oil at 36 weeks?

Question

Has anyone taken castor oil at 36 weeks? My baby's healthy around almost 8 pounds please don't judge in just so done being pregnant.

I'm pretty sure unless you're already ready for labor it only gives you diarrhea. And it can also give the baby the poops too which is not good for them because they could aspirate it in utero. Not judging you at all, but not sure it would help you unless your body was already heading towards labor. Hang in there girl it will be over soon!

Castor oil is dangerous for baby as the prior posters said.  Please don't.

I get where your coming from.  My big guy measured at 8 lbs at 35 weeks to the day.

Yeah, try something different. Not judging you or anything... I'm 37 & soooooo over this too. Be careful win castor oil the cuz it does cause them to poop inside and the baby could pass away from swallowing it's own poop.
