So, labor started yesterday about 11am and progressed through the day. Even went to labor and delivery. They gave me a pill to stop contractions if they were false labor, but said they expected to see me back by morning, I was only dilated 1.5 (made a .5 progress while I was there) but had effaced to 40% while there. Well, labor picked up more after I got home(8pm) and began getting closer and much stronger. About 11pm I decided to try to sleep through it some to be well rested......and now we've stopped. I felt small contractions through the night but nothing in the past 30 minutes now that I'm awake.

Does anyone have any suggestions to get labor to start back up? "Natural induction" maybe
