Bleeding

Ok so without being to descriptive, I've been trying to conceive for almost 2 years post tubal reversal. I've had a miscarriage and a tubal pregnancy. I just had what I thought was a period but it was not normal for me. Started a day late (never happens) kinda heavy for the first day with cramping and then hardly anything yesterday light cramping thought and today it seems like it has stopped entirely. Could this be implantation bleeding? Has anyone had anything similar? Trying to not stress about it but it was really abnormal for me to have that happen. Usually I feel like I'm dying for 3 full days.
