Has anyone tried preseed?

Me an my man have been trying for baby #2 for about 9 months now I've had a few faint positives in that time. Up until I got with my man I had tried in past relationships to get pregnant but after about 5 years of it and several relationships I figured I would never have a baby until I met him an the second time of having sex we ended up pregnant and have a wonderful little girl I did end up pregnant awhile ago with my iud and lost it. We were thinking about preseed to see if thay helps at all just wondering how many people have tried it an out of those how many had success and how long it took? Sorry if I'm a pain haha
