Fainting at 21 weeks

I had the scariest moment a few days ago and fainted while standing in line at Starbucks. I fell to the ground and hit my head and elbow. I wasn't sure if I fell on my belly or back so I went to the er to check on the baby. Thank God he was safe and healthy! Has this happened to anyone else?
