What are some acne solutions safe for pregnant mom's? I am a bridesmaid in a wedding in a month & since becoming pregnant my acne is just awful. Especially on my chest & forehead. As of now I'm using Belli skin care, which is OBGYN recommended but it's just not cutting it. I would also like to get some color, at least on my arms. Obviously no tanning bed & my OB said no spray tans. What lotions does anyone recommend?
