Meringue cookies??!
I baked my annual Christmas cookies today, and after baking a butt load of them I realised maybe I can't eat them! They are made with a meringue the ingredients are egg whites, lemon juice, sugar and ground almonds (baked at 160oC)
Can I eat them?? I've heard we can't eat meringue so I'm unsure.
Hubby is hoping I can't so he gets to eat them all 😝
