Sex... Is it working for you??

Has anyone else found that libido is sky high but putting it into practice is another matter all together ?! Finding comfortable positions or having enough energy. 
In my head it's all working but not when I'm putting it into practice. Makes me feel lousy for my partners sake.

We're in more or less the same boat. My brain is all about it, sexy dreams and everything. But then by midday I'm so exhausted from the lack of sleep due to heart burn and general insomnia that I lack the drive to make a move, lol.

Poor hubby is so confused. Pillow talk in the AM is all "hey baby, I hope you like em kinda awkward and generally swollen because I was dreaming about you during the few hours I managed to get any sleep last night *wink*"... but by the time we get home from work he can't get past how visibly exhausted and uncomfortable I am and says he feels guilty even suggesting sexy times, haha.

We're still managing to find the time and energy about twice a week, usually on our days off. We put a lot of pillows into play and make it happen ;)

Because I had some preterm labor that was stopped a couple of weeks ago my doctor said no sex until at least 6 weeks after the baby is born as to no induce labor early
