Do you eat sushi while pregnant

I ate sushi the other day and I was telling some of my coworkers and they looked at me like I was crazy talking about "omg you can't eat raw fish etc." I was like first of all none of you are pregnant or ever have been lol but I've heard different things so I'm interested in what you guys think/have been told?
