How do I ask my parents?

I am 15 almost 16 and I want to ask my parents to put me on birth control what do I do. My parents are very strict and I don't wan them to think my 17 year old boyfriend is putting this into my head. They don't know this but I'm not a virgin. Help!

I think you should just be honest or say you want it to help with your period.

Write them a note, and leave for the day. Tell them that you're at a friends house for the night and giving them some time to think things through. Tell them you want on birth control just in case anything happens and it balances out your period. At the same time, you don't have to tell them you're having sex.

They help with periods.   I'm 16 and my parents are strict and they don't know I'm not a Virgin either.  We just buy condoms.  My brother bought me a box and whenever my brother can he buys boxes of them, but I pay him back.  Maybe get your bf to buy condoms?
