Help please

I misscarried last cycle. My first pregnancy in the year I have been trying. I went and saw the doc last Friday and they said I have pcos and am hypoglycemic. They told me that is was going to be next to impossible for us to get pregnant on our own. Well I had horrible abdominal pain last night and today but no bleeding. I also have been very bloated and gassy like last time. Is it possible I am pregnant? If not what the h*ll is going on? Any opinions or advice would be appreciated.
