I'm 14 weeks pregnant, and I've been having light cramping and lower back ache couple times a day for like 1 min and then it stops, is there anything wrong, my previous ultrasound technition said that everything seems normal I've been having cramps that time as well

It's most likely round ligament pain the do feel like cramps I used to get them all the time in my first pregnancy with this pregnancy I know the feeling so it's more easier this time around
