DPO=days past/post ovulation. The caveat is, you have to know roughly on what day you ovulated to be able to count it. Glow is only predicting you're fertile window. It's likely not accurate. You need to use OPKs or track BBT to be able to pinpoint ovulation more accurately, then you can count the days afterward.

I read its 36 hrs after positive.. So I peaked on Tuesday that means Thursday would be DPO 1.
