Best thing to do for cramps?

My cramps get so bad to a point were I am curled up crying. They are just below my stomach and I've almost thrown up a few times because of the pain. Are there any good 'at home care' things I can do?

Go to the doctor. Some birth controls can control cramps. Other wise, midol and a heating pad. Sometimes the cramps are due to something more severe then your period. Best to get it checked out just to be sure! :)

I thought I was having really bad cramps until one time it was so bad I couldn't sit down stand or walk everything just hurt worse so I went to the ER and I get ovarian cyst. They can come up within the time leading towards your period! Get checked by a doctor because they can really damage your ovaries!
