I think that it could have been an irritated pore that got more red after you shaved there. Try using an antibacterial cleanser and hopefully it will go away ☺️

I ha e one at the moment. Haven't shaved and it's there. Underwear rubbing can do it. Even if you don't shave it can still get irritated.

It could be a rash or maybe it was an ingrown hair that was already their. But if it worries you then I'd get it checked out
