Doctor told me my left tube is blocked.

Is there still hope or would I have to do <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> or surgery. I cried all the way hm😳it's gonna cost me to much to afford and won't be able to do it. Is there still hope after a hsg and knowing now one tube is blocked?
