I've heard you can lose your plug then it grows back. Call your OB of you are worried.

Yea that looks like a bit of mucus plug, but it's not bloody. I would just monitor to see if you lose more and let your OB know next time you go in. Keep track of any symptoms you may be having around the same time as the mucus came out. 
Same exact thing happened to me. DR wasn't worried but did put notes in the file.

It looks to me more like regular vaginal discharge which is normal at your stage,I will definetly tell your OB cause it could also be a urine infection and they could just put you on antibiotics now and get ride or it,but mocus plug is usually pink,brown or red and bloody,it could look like that light but it would be a lot more than that,don't worry love, you should be fine 😊
