Hi Ladies 😊 just a little confused..

I am taking maca gold and vitex (polycystic ovaries and periods all over the place) I am currently on cd16 and got a positive solid smiley ovulation test on cd11 (negative opk's ever since) and on cd14 & cd15 I have had pink spotting and right pelvic pain... It would be too early for implantation or anything wouldn't it? Could I only just be ovulation get now and the test was wrong on cd11? Thanks xx
