Does anyone have too much amniotic fluid?

I am 31 weeks with my second baby and had an Ultrasound done today only to find out that I have too much amniotic fluid. (polyhydramnios). My doctor wasn't in the office today so I couldn't talk to her about it until tomorrow and I am really scared after reading up on it. Does anyone have this? Are there any issues to your baby or you?

A friend of mine had that with her daughter. Her belly was HUGE by the end, but her daughter was born full term and healthy. I think they told her that there shouldn't be any complications.
