Went in to Dr with constant and consistent contractions exactly 4 weeks ago today. I became 100%thinned and softened and was put on bed rest 6 weeks ago, but it wasn't enough.

I dilated to 2.5cm with the preterm labor. I was admitted/triaged in the hospital, and started procardia. Meds worked so I was sent home on strict bed rest and take meds every 4hrs. Had recheck appts every 5days.

Had to go in today because meds stopped working. Contractions were 1-2mins apart! Contractions were really strong and started getting lower stomach/back pain w/ them. Was triaged this morning, given a shot of terbutaline for contractions, and steroid shot to help babies lungs. Terbutaline worked (for now) and I go back in the morning for the 2nd steroid shot and recheck.

Anyone else in the same/similar boat as us?!
