Maternity Leave in CA HELP!
Am I the only one that is super confused as to what I'm legally allowed to take while having job protection?
I'm in CA and done some research... you get 4 weeks before birth and 6 weeks after birth then an additional 12 weeks for bonding with your newborn. I'm just unsure if that time is job protected and how much of it is paid. Any one have knowledge to that?
