I get so engorged the lactation consultant told me not to pump bc it will make my milk supply manageable so she basically wanted me to get mastitis bc I was so engorged from it and I had to pump bc it was causing chest pain and I couldn't handle it anymore and got 4.5 ounces out of one breast!!._.
