I have been diagnosed with GD--I'm almost 32 weeks and right now I'm just checking my blood sugar 4x a day. My doc has pretty much told me I will have to be placed don't insulin;especially if I can't get my numbers regulated. I'm curious what we're the level numbers for anyone with GD. For example: my wake up number has to be 90 or less. After meals 120 or less.

Should I be worried about big baby if places on insulin? C-section?

I'm just a 36yo first time Mom and I'm scared!! Just need some reassurance.
