When will I be able to feel the kicks outside?

I've this last week I've started to feel my baby kick.....but I can only feel it on the inside. Very soft little pokes. But when I put my hand to my stomach I can't feel anything. I'll be 18 weeks the day after Christmas. How much long would you say? 2 weeks? More?

I'm 19 weeks and I can feel the baby on the outside pending on where the movement is. Some times I don't. They aren't strong feelings though, feels kind of like a small pulses. On the inside it's like he or she is playing soccer.
