Bladder Infection- HELP!

I woke up feeling like I was getting a bladder infection so I went to a walk-in clinic this morning. They checked my urine and said there was no bacteria and refused to give me a prescription. Now my bladder is 100x worse and I'm in so much pain. I've had bladder infections before and have had no bacteria in my urine. I'm not able to get in to see my doctor. Are there any home remedies other than cranberry juice?!
