Kinda embarrassing

So, this is kind of embarrassing and I'm sorry if it's tmi but my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since I was 19, I'm now 27 and I have endometriosis. My period are very irregular and I suffer from extreme pain. I experience alot of pain during sex which makes it very difficult to finish and in turn get pregnant. I have been pregnant 9 times but always ends in miscarriages. I'm just feeling very emotional because people always tell me things like your time will come or you can adopt. I would like my own child. Not that I have anything against adopting and we have considered this option. My husbands is very understanding and tells me everything will be okay but I don't know anyone that understands. Thanks for letting me vent.
