What do they mean by "glasses" of water?

You're suppose to drink 8 cups of water a day. A cup of water is 8 oz. Water bottles normally contain 16.9 fl oz. So four water bottles a day. Well, that's how I do it.

I've always drank at least half my body weight in oz of water a day. It usually comes out to be about the recommended amount anyways! So I was 140 pounds ish before pregnancy and I'd drink 70 + oz of water. Also you're supposed to drink an additional 20 oz for every hour of exercise. Just a different way to make sure your body is getting the correct amount :)
