Yeast infection after sex

So everytime I have sex with My bf I get everything yeast infection any answers on this? Our hygiene is good I always shower b4 and after ND we both are clean we got tested ,I googled it and it seems like it happens to quite a few females, makes me not want to have sex because I get so irritated answers plzz!!!
