False positive😩

Why do I do this to myself!?

Woke up this morning (xmas morn) straight after a dream that I poas and got a strong positive so what do I do next? Of course poas and get a strong positive.

Problem being, I take pregnyl every 4 days (luteal phase support) which is hcg last dose 3 days ago. Been testing every day and haven't had a positive yet on IC and this is a frer.

Argh!! Only tested because of the dream and cramping over last few days.

Really really hope this test keeps getting darker but in the meantime no festive champagne....

Anyone have any experience with pregnyl? I only had 1500iu and apparently (Google) it takes roughly 24 hours per 1000iu.
