Sleeping through the night

My 11 week old is sleeping through the night (9-10 hours straight) for about a week now. Dr said to let him sleep and he will wake up when he is hungry. My question is should I be getting up to pump? I haven't been, hoping my body would regulate to what he needs but I keep waking up engorged. My right side takes him 2 full feedings in the morning to empty and my left gets emptied during the second (he gets enough from the right the first feeding). I've gotten a few clogged ducts but they always get broken up by noon that day. I'm just not sure what to do so I don't lose my supply but am not in pain when I wake up.
