So AF was due on the 1st, never showed, not even one sign. I've taken several pregnancy tests and all are blatantly negative. Well about three days ago my nipples started hurting really bad, not my whole boob, just my nipples. They are also ALWAYS hard, very weird for me, and they seem like they are really red and have 4 white spots that stick out on both. This had not ever happened before which is why I don't think it's AF, plus when I'm about to start I always cramp 3-4 days before I do. Also, I normally stay clear of anything even slightly hot, but for the past few days I have been putting Sriracha on everything. Can someone tell me what is going on? I don't want to go to the doctor because last cycle my period was 2 weeks late and there was nothing wrong, it was just stress, so I don't want to seem like I'm going to the doctor over nothing. My period is never late except for the last two cycles. Last cycle wasn't that surprising because I was EXTREMELY stressed, but this cycle I haven't even thought about TTC and I haven't been stressed at all. I've been trying to concieve for 13 months now. I didn't even think about these being symptoms until my husband said something about my nipples and how he had only seen nipples like that on a lactating woman. Please help.
