Herbal remedies to ovulate?

Hello darlings! I have PCOS and don't ovulate naturally. Was wondering what  herb or supplement you recommend to help me ovulate before I go and do IUI?

Healthy cycle tea and Maca helped me!!! Also a whole food/low carb diet. Made me ovulate naturally before I moved to meds.

Vitex/chaste tree! My mom is a midwife and swears by it. Supposed to work wonders regulating cycles. I'm using it along with Clomid and metformin currently.

Will you not be able to try Clomid before going to IUI?
