Does nipple stimulation work?

I've been stuck at 1cm for a couple of weeks now, and the contractions don't stop.. I want this baby out! What natural ways could I try and get this ball rolling faster?! I'm so miserable!

Contractions don't always necessarily mean dilation, you could end up putting your baby in distress.

Yes!! At least I believe it worked for me. I was over due and didn't want to be induced, I used my breast pump, put it on for 20 minutes a couple times and within 36 hours I went in to labor and had a super fast delivery.

Nipple stimulation for me does cause contractions howeve the contractions don't dilate me lol so they are pointless
