Workouts
So I'm going to be going back to the gym for the first time in a long time. My problem before was I would get there and I'd get bored. I'd hop on a treadmill and run/walk, lift a few weights and then wander around wondering what to do. I was wondering if anyone has any good beginner workouts for the gym that aren't too hard but keep you in a routine! Thanks so much 😊
