Ovulation.
I have absolutely no clue when I ovulate, if at all!
I have PCOS, and whenever I come off of the pill I won't have a period for months on end, meaning I am obviously not ovulating when I'm supposed to, or not at all.
This is really starting to upset me, as I am desperately trying to keep track of my cycles, but can't when my ovaries decide they don't want to release an egg when they are supposed to.
This year I have only ovulated once.
I'm currently back on the pill, so I'm not going to be ovulating at all, but when I decide I want to come off of the pill how am I going to keep track of when I ovulate?
I know there's temping and ovulation tests, but I feel so damn useless.
If I was ovulating at all off of the pill I would be pregnant by now.
So what can I do to keep track except for apps?
