I started af on 12/25 and I am on day 3 today . I woke up this morning to eat and after eating I started to clean up around the house a lirttle. After like 15 mins of cleaning I started to feel like shit , I now have a head ache & i have a stomach ache. What could be causing this ? I have never experience this pain before .
