Overeating but still feeling very hungry.
I'm 15 years old and 6 foot and currently go to boarding school. And I feel as if I eat to much food at breakfast/lunch, but I still end up very hungry. For breakfast I usually have three pieces of toast with vegimite, two cups of liquid, and sometimes have a piece of fruit as well. And everyday I find myself extremely hungry during classes, with lunch an hour away! And at the end of the day I end up having 4-5 pieces of bread! I'm not really sure on what to do, but please leave suggestions!
