It's hitting me hard today 😵...

I just got my BFP yesterday and this morning I am being bombarded with morning sickness. Very nauseous and almost threw up twice. It actually woke me out of my sleep, lol. EDD 3September2016, currently 4w2d. Any other mama's in the same boat? What did you do to find comfort?
