I need advice pls

What are the best pregnancy test to use??? I am on cycle day 43 havent tested today but every other time is a BFN. My cycles normally are 34 days. I do have some symptoms including slight nausea, light headed, some headaches, tingling in nipples and the 18&19 had i believe implementation bleeding.. what advice do u have?? Thanks
