Getting pregnant right after blighted ovum

Just needing some insight. Has anyone that has been diagnosed with a blighted ovum and that has taken the medication to have the miscarriage, gotten pregnant again soon after and everything with the baby was fine? I was recently diagnosed with a blighted ovum and took the medication and had a miscarriage and we would really like to get pregnant again soon.
