Need a set healthy routine
Hi ladies, I'm 26 years old 5'4 and weigh roughly around 185 lbs... Yea I know, I've been trying to lose weight for the longest but it's been hard since I can't keep up with eating 6 meals a day, exercising & my job. It's just to much, does anybody have any advice on how I can stick to a routine. I'm trying to lose at least 40 lbs.
