Due date/ how many weeks pregnant?

I have my initial dr appt on 1/4. I have had two different weeks found on different apps. I'm either 4+5 days or 5+6 days. Anyone else have that issue off the bat of pregnancy?

If I'm doing it right you would be exactly 6 today? Including from the beginning of your period. So if you take off two weeks you would be 4
