Question maybe a little tmi

I'm a ftm and I was wondering when everyone knew they needed to go to the hospital to have their baby. I was having contractions at 30 weeks. I dialiated to 1cm from that and then didn't progress any from them to my appointment 2 weeks ago when I was having contractions then. I'm now 34 weeks and a few days and I have had this really bad pain around my pelvic area and then in my butt up my back. And it's barely ever ends. It just travels to another spot. She's moving but not as much as she usually does. I haven't had any bloody discharge. My next appt isn't until next Thursday. Should I go in or wait to see if anything worse happens.
