Cloth diapers?!?!?

Question

Curious if someone with experience could give me info on cloth diapers! Wanting to take this route. What brands do you use? What style? Any good recommendations on websites or store to purchase from? Was told to try resale sites for EUC used diapers.. What's your thoughts? What would you pay for used. Sorry... I'm clueless and before I hit Google, wanted some mom to mom advice. Thanks!

I've been cloth diapering for ten years, they've changed so much in that time. I started with simple cheap profolds and have slowly built my stash since then. Now I use the profolds as burp cloths. I have several all in ones/ pockets/ fitted. Personally I love the fitted ones, which I always use with wool covers when I'm at home.(I'm a huge fan of natural fibers bamboo and organic cotton, hemp)  If I'm out and about I usually grab an all in one or a pocket. The nice thing about the pockets is that when you wash them they dry so much faster because you take them apart to wash and dry them. I wash mine with a prewash (cold) followed by a hot wash with an extra rinse. I also find that because I have a front load washer I throw in a sopping wet large towel in the load to add extra weight as without it my washer doesn't give enough water and I get build up. I keep enough to be able to hang them to dry and me I wash every third day. If you get any stains then just dry in the sun and they go right away. Sorry this post is so long! I plan on cloth and using disposable.

I'll be a first time mom next month and I have been researching cloth diapers for two months now.

My grandma hates when I bring cloth diapers up. She freaks about how complicated and expensive they are now a days.

There is so much information about cloth diaper. I've been using them for 4 months now and love them! I love Kawaii diapers. They are on the less expensive side, got my whole stash for around $120, but are a good quality. Check out theluvyourbaby.com

I like the pockets. Just add an insert, or two, and you are done. I prefer the ones with snaps because the Velcro can wear after time.

I've never bought used so I don't have advice on that. My understanding is a lot of used go for almost the same price.
