Infertility?

Maybe now just isn't the time, but my husband and I are actively trying to conceive. There is a history if infertility and miscarriages on my mom's side. I myself had a miscarriage in May at only 4 weeks gestation, and now it's December and we're trying still with no luck. Are there any weird ways that are physical signs of infertility? I am honestly just curious to hear what other women have to say. Maybe I'm just too worked up and God has other plans, but I really want to be a mama!
