Keeping calm

I recently had a lot of family drama toward myself and of course got extremely worked up. I couldn't breath, calm myself down or anything. I'm 6 weeks along and after a night of constant hard crying my stomach doesn't feel right and it keeps making a gurgling noise. I know you're supposed to avoid stress but this could not be helped and I am scaring myself thinking that I hurt my baby. Do you think everything is okay? This is my first pregnancy so I'm very nervous about anything and everything.
