Alternatives to antidepressants
I have long struggled with anxiety and depression. I tend to cycle off and on meds but I almost always function better on Prozac. I'm trying to be off meds for my upcoming pregnancy (my personal choice, not judging anyone who does stay on meds during pregnancy). Would love to hear from other ladies who have pursued alternative ways to lift the mood, de-stress, and stay calm. What did you do and how did it work out? Thanks in advance!
