Weight😶
I'm 13, (14 in February). no one ever says I'm fat and I don't really think I'm that fat when I look in the mirror but in pictures I appear so much bigger. I am 5ft3 and I weigh 12 stone. I have put on a lot of weight since moving house and would ideally like to get down too 7.5 stone, 8 stone at most but don't really know how to do it safely without starving myself. the only excersize I do is dance for three hours on a Wednesday. and I'm most conscious of my legs. how can I achieve my goal healthily? I would like to be 7.5 stone by roughly about August.. thankyou for any help💞💞
